We are devoted to providing you with a challenging and rewarding bible training experience that equips you well for both your chosen career path and a life of service.

Emmaus began its teaching program in 1959, with the vision to prepare young people for overseas missionary service and for ministry within Christian Brethren assemblies. Today, we continue to offer a variety of courses to educate Christians to be effective in the local church, community and the mission field; to reach all with the gospel and encourage one another to continue in their faith.
Studying at Emmaus can take many forms this will depend upon individual students’ needs and prior experience. Emmaus offers Higher Education Courses, Vocational Courses and Non-Accredited Courses.
For those wishing to undertake Higher Education, these studies are under the auspices of The Sydney College of Divinity. Vocational Courses are offered through NSW Vocational Education and Training Accreditation Board (VETAB). Non-accredited courses include Emmaus’ correspondence subjects as well as short courses relevant the local church.

Emmaus Bible College Library really is a fantastic resource. Much of the material held within our walls, is wonderfully exciting. You are sure to find something of interest, regardless of who you are or where your interests lie. Emmaus library is available for use by any who want to use it – including borrowing - provided the situation is appropriate, the prospective user agrees to follow our guidelines and for other than our own students, staff and pastors from Brethren assemblies, to pay the small annual fee of $30. Arrangements can also be made for external borrowers interstate or even overseas. |
